Did you know, every move we make originates from the core? That’s why it’s so important to have a strong core for everyday tasks.
Suitable for all fitness levels, this program focuses on strengthening your abdominal core muscles by isolating and focusing on the mind-muscle connection. A strong core helps with everyday tasks, balance, stability and flexibility.

- Improves posture
- The abdominals include the superficial muscles we see on the outside but also the deep abdominals, the pelvic floor, the lower back stabilisers, the diaphragm, gluteals and hips. All these muscles work together to create a strong corset to support our spinal column and pelvis.
Course outline
I keep the group small for this course so that I can tailor the workouts for each member and be more hands-on.
We all start together, progressing week by week, ensuring you’ve successfully completed each stage before moving on to the next.
You will have homework; workouts to do between classes to strengthen your core.
What to bring
- A mat
- Towel
- Water
- Fit ball (recommended but not essential)
- Wear suitable clothing and shoes.
