Bodytech Group Fitness Classes

Bodytech hosts four weekly group fitness classes, each designed with a specific goal in mind. So whether you want to build flexibility or strength, reduce body fat or improve overall fitness, there is a class for you.
Can anyone attend?
The group fitness classes cater for every fitness level using my unique 1-2-3 system.
1 is for beginners
2 is for intermediate and
3 if you’re advanced.
Bodytech Fitness Classes are for all levels of fitness – young, old, males, females – the goal is to encourage everyone to reach their full potential. It’s the motivation you need to give you that extra push, whatever your endurance or fitness level, whether you’re young, old, male or female. So what are you waiting for?
What to Expect
Every class is led by myself and two assistants to demonstrate the alternatives on stage so that you are coached every step of the way, no matter your fitness level.
Even though it’s a group class, I like to get to know each attendee to determine your fitness level and any special considerations, like injuries. I can then give you alternative options so that you get the most out of your workout.
Abt (Abs Bum & Thighs)
ABT is all about toning and sculpting your abs, butt and thighs through a combination of cardio and resistance training, using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and tools. You’ll tone and shape your body, burn calories and improve your fitness and coordination. Every week we mix up the class format to keep you motivated and challenged.
High energy, toe-tapping music will make you want to move.
Fatburner
If you’re looking for a challenge and motivation, this is the class for you. Fat burner is an all over body workout. Work the upper body with non-contact boxing, bodyweight functional moves for strength, tone, burning calories and assisting with everyday activities.
Lower body plyometrics are explosive exercises that get our heart rate up to burn calories, with alternatives if high intensity isn’t for you.
The fast music and fast reps will keep you challenged and motivated every time.
Class Format
All Bodytech classes run for 1 hour. However, you have the choice to participate for 30 mins as long as you warm-up, cool down, stretch and inform the instructor of your actions.
A 30-minute class is great for those who are new to fitness, returning from injury, or have recently given birth. It’s a great way to start off slowly, eventually increasing your time and intensity. Or if you have limited time. Remember some exercise is always better than none.
All classes follow this format:
- Warm-up and stretches
- Bulk of the program
- Abdominals
- Cool down and stretches.
No two classes are the same so you can attend them all knowing that you will be challenged, physically and mentally.
Always bring along
- Water
- Towel
- Appropriate footwear
- Energy
- A positive attitude to do your best!
If you have your own stretch mat bring that along. If not we do have mats, but it’s always best for hygiene reasons to have your own mat if you can, but it’s not essential.
If you are new to Bodytech, you will need to fill in a questionnaire regarding your health and fitness, so allow 10 mins before class to fill in and chat to the instructor.

We target common problem areas, focusing on strengthening and toning your abs, butt and thighs. Cardio is incorporated to burn calories at the same time.

Fatburner is an energetic, fun class incorporating boxing moves that give a full- body workout and keeps the heart rate up!
