Protein Powders aren’t just for gym junkies. Your body needs protein, so we can all benefit from adding a good quality protein powder to our meals, and it’s easier than you think. I add one or two scoops to coconut yoghurt (no added sugars), water, ice, almond milk and blueberries for a delicious smoothie.

I also add protein powder to protein balls, pancakes and muffins – there are so many options.
