Smoothies are a great meal replacement or snack to grab as you’re heading out the door. You can prepare a batch, and pop them in freezer-safe containers or freezer bags.

To make your smoothies, just add frozen ingredients into the blender with whichever liquid you prefer like almond milk, coconut water or water. Here’s an example of a berry smoothie:

  • 1 cup (160g) blueberries
  • 1 cup (160g) strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • Liquid to taste (desired consistency)

Blend everything together and enjoy.

TIP:  Blend your smoothie the night before so that it’s ready in the morning. Just give it a shake, and you’re good to go.
