I drink cow, soy, coconut and almond milk. My number one choice is organic ALMOND MILK followed by coconut, cows and lastly soy milk. But, more often than not, my milk choice is determined by where I am and what’s available.
Almond milk has fewer calories than coconut milk and has a nutty flavour. It’s made by finely blending almonds and adding water. Coconut milk is made from the fleshy part of the coconut and water. Both are lactose-free and suitable for vegetarians.
